Who can file a report and what types of reports can be submitted?
Persons eligible to submit a report:
- Employees, former employees and job applicants,
- Shareholders, partners and holders of voting rights within the general assembly,
- Members of the governance and executive bodies,
- External or occasional collaborators,
- External stakeholders (such as suppliers, subcontractors, clients, partners…).
To submit a report, the whistleblower must act in good faith, without direct financial compensation and in the common interest, with sound judgment and full awareness of the seriousness of the facts.
Types of reportable concerns:
- A crime or offense such as theft or fraud,
- A violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of the law (French, European Union or international),
- A serious and manifest breach of internal regulations or the Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct,
- A threat or harm to the public interest,
- An infringement of the physical or moral integrity of individuals,
- Discriminatory practices,
- Harassment practices.
When the information has not been obtained in the course of professional activities, the whistleblower must have had personal knowledge of the reported facts.
Facts, information or documents, regardless of their form or medium, covered by medical confidentiality, judicial deliberation secrecy, investigation or pre-trial secrecy, or attorney–client privilege are excluded from the scope of reporting.
How to report observed facts and is it possible to submit a report anonymously?
To submit a report, it is necessary to fill out the form available on the alert platform. The platform also allows tracking the progress of an existing report.
It is possible to submit an anonymous report. However, it is recommended to identify yourself, knowing that the confidentiality of your identity will be preserved.
To whom are the observed facts reported?
The report is escalated to and handled by the following designated persons:
- Human Resources Director
- Project Officer to the Managing Director
How to track a report and what to do in case of lost confidential alert code?
To track a report, go to “Access an existing report” and enter the credentials provided at the time of the report.
The alert code is unique and personal. In case of loss or if the code is forgotten, it cannot be reset. As a result, a new report will need to be submitted.

Each report has its own messaging system, allowing you to send and receive messages. These exchanges fully respect the choice of anonymity made by whistleblowers, if applicable.
Only the designated compliance officers will receive the information you submit through the form. You will be able to track your report and communicate with the officer(s) via the confidential access code generated by the platform when your report is submitted.
Every report will be subject to a thorough analysis.
